We are pleased to announce that YES has been awarded a new project under the Erasmus+ Sport Programme – Small-scale Partnerships: ENTREMIND (Fostering Entrepreneurial Mindset and Skillset among Athletes for Post-Career Success).
The ENTREMIND project aims to support athletes during their post-sport career transitions by strengthening their entrepreneurial mindset and skills. By building on athletes’ existing competences—such as discipline, leadership, teamwork, and resilience—the project seeks to transform these qualities into sustainable career opportunities.
The project is coordinated by YES and implemented in cooperation with partner organizations from across Europe, forming a strong and complementary consortium that brings together expertise from sport, entrepreneurship, education, and technology. This collaborative structure ensures that the tools and resources developed within the project are adaptable, practical, and transferable across different national contexts.
ENTREMIND includes a range of activities such as research and analysis, the development of entrepreneurial mindset assessment tools, digital educational resources, workshops, and international knowledge-sharing activities. All project activities are financed under the Erasmus+ Sport Programme and designed to ensure effectiveness, accessibility, and long-term sustainability in line with Erasmus+ quality and visibility standards.
ENTREMIND highlights the role of sport not only as a physical activity, but also as a powerful driver for employability, entrepreneurship, and social empowerment.
