ENTREMIND is run by four organisations in four countries. Each brings a different kind of expertise: youth entrepreneurship, technology for sport, career coaching, and a sports club built around innovation. Here is who they are and what each one leads in the project.

Young Entrepreneurs Society, Poland

Young Entrepreneurs Society is an association in Warsaw that works with young people aged 14 to 29. It focuses on youth entrepreneurship, personal development and civic engagement, with an emphasis on non-formal education: training, workshops, mentoring and cultural activities. Sport is one of the ways it reaches young people.

It coordinates the partnership, led the research report and is responsible for the newsletters, press work and presence at events.

SpedTech, Belgium

SpedTech builds technology for sport: custom software, data tools, e-learning, and fitness technology designed to remove barriers for people with disabilities. It works with clients from professional teams and individual athletes to amateur organisations.

In ENTREMIND, SpedTech led the assessment tool and is responsible for the project website. It also contributes to social media and to the webinars.

Compass Academy, Türkiye

Compass Academy offers career coaching and career management. It helps people see their options, build professional skills and move through career changes, and it supports aspiring entrepreneurs with business planning, market research and networking.

In ENTREMIND, Compass Academy led the training kit and leads the supporting kit, a guide to the networks and communities that can help athletes, which is being built now. It also contributes to the webinars.

ORCAS IF, Norway

ORCAS IF is a sports club in Oslo, founded by former athletes, coaches and sports managers who work across sport, technology and innovation. It works as a model club, where new products, methods and approaches are tried out in different sports. It is based at an innovation centre at SNØ, an indoor ski arena, where it can connect with other sports organisations, startups and companies.

In ENTREMIND, ORCAS IF leads the empowerment toolkit, which is being built now, and the project’s workshop for athletes. It also contributes to the policy briefs and the webinars.

How the work is shared

Each resource has one lead partner, and some, such as the toolkit and the training kit, are developed by several partners together. The partnership held its kick-off meeting in Warsaw in December 2025. The project runs from October 2025 to the end of December 2026.

You can find the partners’ logos, with links to their websites where available, on the About page of the ENTREMIND website, and the resources published so far on its outputs page.

ENTREMIND is an Erasmus+ Sport partnership co-funded by the European Union (project 101229842).
