ENTREMIND, Fostering the Entrepreneurial Mindset in Athletes, is an Erasmus+ Sport Small-Scale Partnership running from 1 October 2025 to 31 December 2026 (project reference 101229842). It is coordinated by Young Entrepreneurs Society (PL), with Compass Academy (TR), SpedTech (BE) and ORCAS IF (NO).
The project empowers athletes to transition from the podium to professional success through innovation, resilience and leadership. It builds free, open resources for athletes planning life after sport, and for those who coach them: a research report on 100 athletes in four countries, a self-assessment tool, training material, and a guide to incubators, funding and mentors in the partner countries.
