🎯 What You’ll Experience in 5 Days

For five days you will work on the most critical themes of your entrepreneurial journey through hands-on workshops and individual mentoring:

• 🗺️ The European women’s entrepreneurship ecosystem — we will map out support mechanisms such as KOSGEB, TÜBİTAK, PARP, BGK, ENISA, ICO and CDTI for your specific profile
• 💶 Financial literacy — cash flow, profitability, break-even point, financing options, and preparation for investor and bank conversations
• 🤝 Strategic networking — LinkedIn profile redesign, brand identity and digital marketing essentials
• 🎯 Business model and pitch — Business Model Canvas, a 10-slide pitch deck, and team-based work
• 🎤 Venture Café Pitch Night — the chance to take the stage at Warsaw’s legendary Thursday Gathering, presenting your idea to a live audience and a 5-person jury

Each day brings together interactive workshops, one-on-one mentoring and applied participant work. By the end of the programme, you will have a concrete, actionable roadmap for your own business.
