The YES Level Up Program is for you!
– What is the YES Level Up Program?
The YES Level Up Program is not just about receiving support —
it is a volunteering and scholarship program where young people grow by creating, contributing, and gaining real experience.
In this program, you will:
- Take an active role in real projects
- Gain experience in national and international initiatives
- Build concrete experiences you can add to your CV
- Expand your network and meet new people
– What does the program offer?
- A monthly 1000 PLN scholarship
- 9 months of support
- Opportunity to reapply after completing the program
– What areas can you be involved in?
You can actively contribute in one or more of the following areas:
- Digital Communication (social media, content creation, design)
- Project Management (Erasmus+ and local projects)
- Operations & Organization (events, process management)
- IT & Technical Support (website, systems)
– What do we expect from you?
- Around 20 hours of voluntary contribution per month
- Active participation in YES projects
- Willingness to contribute and grow throughout the program
Your development and contribution will be regularly supported and monitored during the program.
– You won’t be alone in this journey
- You will work with a mentor in your chosen field
- You will receive regular feedback
- You will learn by actively engaging in real projects

- Aged between 16–29
- Living in Warsaw
- Students or NEET youth
- Anyone motivated to grow and contribute
