DigitalHerPathEU: Empowering Migrant Women Through Digital Skills

DigitalHerPathEU, a European Solidarity Corps project led by Stowarzyszenie Young Entrepreneurs Society (YES), has officially launched its year‑long programme to help migrant women (18‑29) build the digital skills and professional confidence they need to thrive in Poland’s growing tech scene. The initiative will run from 1 March 2025 to 28 February 2026 and deliver 12 monthly meet‑ups covering everything from digital literacy and cybersecurity to AI, freelancing and leadership in tech. Each session will blend hands‑on workshops with mentoring circles, creating a safe space where newcomers can explore opportunities, ask questions and widen their professional networks.

What makes DigitalHerPathEU different?

  • Practical, job‑ready content – Sessions focus on today’s most sought‑after skills: e‑commerce strategies, personal branding on social media, data protection, and finding freelance gigs on global platforms.
  • Mentor power – Four volunteer coaches with expertise in product management, digital marketing, leadership and career transitions will guide small groups, ensuring personalised feedback and follow‑up.
  • Hybrid access – All meet‑ups will be streamed and recorded, so participants can join on‑site at CIC Warsaw or catch up later on YouTube—eliminating barriers such as childcare or travel costs.
  • Impact you can track – Post‑event surveys, social‑media analytics and six‑month follow‑ups will measure concrete outcomes like new job applications, portfolio launches and confidence gains.
